Ad Content

While, you are responsible for the creation of your advertisement content, we reserve the right to cancel any advertisement if the content is viewed as inappropriate or violates copyright regulations. Those who create advertisement on behalf of another organization or person must be allowed to act on behalf of whatever is being advertised. They are responsible for this content. Tagga is not liable.

Cancellation

Users may cancel at anytime. However, they are still required to pay for impressions/messages sent prior to the notice of cancellation. Cancellation is done in writing by emailing support@tagga.com. Users may not remove a credit card that has an ad still attached to it. Any predetermined budgets from a canceled advertising campaign may be transferred from one ad to another.

Payment

Daily budget is immediately charged. Daily budget is charged again once it has expired. Charges will not be returned to user, but can be consumed by another ad.
Agency or Partner

You will pay all fees in US dollars via credit card. Charges will be debited to your credit card account according to the number of messages sent on a daily basis and is set according to the campaigns daily budgets. Tagga offers no refunds. Cancellation of your SMS program can occur at any time by notifying Tagga in writing.
